Pixelation on all channels

I have now had virtually no tv channels for 4 weeks. A great engineer came and said i needed a repull and after many cancelled appointments this was done on 22nd December and TV pictures were perfect for 24/36 hours. Since then I can only access 2 channels.  

When I called I was told that there was a problem in the area - although service status does not show this - and that it would be fixed by 27th. Here we are late on 28th and it is still as bad.

The online service status webpage is good for high-level faults affecting thousands of customers, but as per your previous post back in November, the freephone 0800 5610061 is much better for localised, street-level faults that pixellation tends to be.

If there genuinely is a signal fault in your area, I'd expect it to be reported on that phone line. If nothing's reported, then assume that whatever is causing your issues, isn't "known". In which case call 150 (or 0345 4541111 from a non-VM phone) and report it.
