Call 0800 5610061 to check if there's a known area fault causing this.
If not, then best to assume Virgin don't know about it - call faults and tell them.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service".
It could be several individual faults, in which case each user affected should report it. Or it could be one collective fault, possibly something in the street cab. If one person reports it, then a tech visit should be arranged and that should trace back.. but ideally, every person affected reports their issues.
