Thanks for the reply. The Connect to VM Service comes back successful as does a Test Network Connection.
Before I reset my V6 boxes (as previously mentioned there are 2), could you please explain how an issue requiring a full reset would hit both boxes on exactly the same day and in exactly the same way.
Also, will a pinhole reset wipe our recordings? As this has impacted both our boxes at the same time I'm a bit sceptical that a wipe will fix the issue (especially as I've not seen others asked to do this without any tests beforehand)
We ended up getting all tv box we had a old one so nkw have the newest ine and he put a boosters and changed how our tv and internet was wired so far so good tho we still have blackspot issues in 2 rooms in the house
