Pink Screen

Once again I have a disrupted service. I have a pink screen and no sound. I had this problem a couple of months ago and no one knew anything about it?????????????? It went back to normal the next day. It is NOT my connections or the telly as I can watch internet stuff and movies off my external hard drive - it is DEFINITELY a Virgin problem and I wish you aholes would be honest about these issues instead of the blank never heard of it or the Covid is causing problems nonsense. And worst of all I can't hear the racing.....

Re: Pink Screen

Hi wokelly,

A pink ( or purple ) screen is nearly always the result of a faulty HDMI cable. You should either disconnect and then reconnect  the HDMI cable, or try a different HDMI cable.

Watching movies of your hard drive does not use the HDMI cable that's attached to your VM box.
