My tv has been unwatchable since last Thursday, the picture on most channels is pixelated - keep being told it’s a ‘known issue’ and is being sorted.
Who has told you it's a known issue? I'm assuming you've called C/S? Or is it showing on the status page ?
It's a little unusual for a picture breakup issue to be ongoing for that long, unless there's perhaps an SNR issue or something.
