The picture has been breaking up over the last few days - seems to be across channels , worse on some than others. have rebooted and it continues - almost unwatchable any ideas please - I can’t get through to Virgin support to talk to anyone
Rebooting the box is the first thing, that's eliminated a software glitch - pixellation & picture breakup is how digital TV exhibits a poor signal. With VM that means there's a fault somewhere between your box and (likely) the streetcab that needs resolving.
Calling TV faults is absolutely the right thing to be doing, forum staff on here work through posts but it can take a few days so 150 is the way to go.
In the meantime, are there any specific channels worst affected? (including HD/SD)?
