Same here BN3 3RU. It's been doing it for the last 48 hours, actually bad enough to render every channel unwatchable. Tried turning the box off for 5 mins and then restarting, no luck. Tried the online kit check but it stops at 50% and says the test has an error. Call centre closed, nobody on livechat (I understand why but if you can't have a service running well or at all then don;t charge people for it).
