Since about two weeks ago I noticed a lag between picture and sound when watching Virgin TV online.
It has become steadily worse and now it's just impossible to watch the TV the sound lags behind the picture about 3 - 4 Minutes. It's painful to even try and watch it.
Will I get some refund on my account because it's just impossible to watch TV with a lag of 3 -4 minutes between picture and sound. Looks like Virgin are moving backwards in technology.
Perhaps it's your own equipment at fault? Have you ruled that out?
