Has anyone had issues with the remote app as I go to sign in to change channels on my smart phone and it keeps telling me I have no registered account even though I do, tried to call virgin media numerous times but they are useless and ain't got a clue can anyone help

Are you signing in with the same information you use for your MyVirginMedia account? Do you have any issues signing into the MyVirginMedia or is it just the TV Control App that you're having issues with?
