I have successfully applied for & received a discount for pausing Sky Sports & BT Sports during COVID 19. However the discount only applies to reduce my monthly charge from 5 May (the period of my package in advance). This is notwithstanding I made the request on 15 April plus no Live Sport was available from mid March. I have heard of Sky Customers, for example, who have received much bigger backdated discounts. Anyone have a similar issue? I did call Virgin & actually got through quite quickly but then got cut off! I may try again but wanted to check with the Community first.
