I signed up for the paused bt and sky sports. I was told I wouldn’t be charged. I’ve just been charged the full monthly cost. No one is answering phones emails online chat or messaging service. What’s going on. This is one garbage service. Telling me I wouldn’t be charged but still charged me 3 weeks after telling me they wouldn’t.
