Package upgrade

I recently requested an upgrade to my package and today received an email stating that my package has now been changed to my upgrade request. However when I check the TV GUIDE on my V6 box, I don't have the channels I should receive in the upgrade, they are still the same as before. Confused

Hi doublea69,

Have you tried rebooting your set top box?

You can also try to force an upadte using your remote control. It may take around 10.15 minutes.

 Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
