Package change

Hi,

So I recently signed up to Netflix but have noticed a package change on my Virgin bill and a additional charge. I dont understand as I signed up direct through Netflix not through Virgin. Why is there a charge? Is it a one off fee or monthly recurring? can it be stopped so I just pay netflix only?

Separately Netflix have since billed me what I was expecting.

Hi indeed I have my Netflix account with them and there is no mention of it on my virgin account as is how it should be.Regards Micky
