POSSIBLY A STUPID QUESTION

Yesterday i upgraded to the top package

sports,2 year old films etc

i went on my main television this morning and everything is there, however i gave a further 3 boxes in other rooms and on those it is greyed out?

please dont say my upgrade only covers 1 television?

i want to watch sport etc on other rooms too

or do i need yet another addon thats gonna *bleep* me out of more money?

THE ONLY REASON i stay with virgin is because they have the uks fastest internet speeds which is important to me

had it not been for this i would of binned them off years ago as every aspect of everything they do none internet related is garbage

Re: POSSIBLY A STUPID QUESTION

Not a stupid question at all.

For once I have glad tidings for you, ALL your boxes SHOULD be accessing all the channels. No more to pay.

If you have the patience of Job, you may want to ring in and see if they can sort it.

Or wait for staff here to pick it up.

Re: POSSIBLY A STUPID QUESTION

The OP does not say what boxes he has.

If these are legacy boxes they need to be swapped to a V6 as part of the upgrade. The older boxes no longer receive Sky sports & movies channels.

VIP pack with VIVID 350. Freeview/Freesat HD, Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile. Cable customer since 1993
