Outdoor cable severed - engineer required


A tradesman has accidentally cut through my outdoor cable (the one running from the street to my house). As a result I have lost TV and broadband service.

I really need an engineer appointment to fix this.

Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask for this but all other avenues are closed. Hopefully some VM customer service staff will be reading!

This is primarily a customer forum, VM staff work their way through posts but it can take a few days.

I'm not sure exactly when C/S close at weekends, it may be 6 or 8pm.. but if necessary, calling them first thing tomorrow morning (they open at 8am) will be the quickest way to report your loss of service.
