Order new TV Box

We had a direct lightening strike and now the TV box is not working properly. I've tried re-booting, changing HDMI cable, checking connections and i have distorted picture, and sometimes no picture at all and no sound, yet tests say it is all working fine! How do i go about ordering a replacement TV box? Virgin website is VERY confusing and sending you round in circles. Also, takes over an hour to answer if you dare to try to speak to a human being - i just want to order a replacement....Please help.

The HDMI socket is a weak point so may have blown. Certainly will mean a box replacement. I would also check the TV end to make sure that socket still works.

Tests will not show up faults on the output side of the box.
