We had a direct lightening strike and now the TV box is not working properly. I've tried re-booting, changing HDMI cable, checking connections and i have distorted picture, and sometimes no picture at all and no sound, yet tests say it is all working fine! How do i go about ordering a replacement TV box? Virgin website is VERY confusing and sending you round in circles. Also, takes over an hour to answer if you dare to try to speak to a human being - i just want to order a replacement....Please help.
