My Tivo box no longer works - just stuck with the Orange light of death. Have tried re-booting via various methods mentioned on the board without any joy.
Have been on (and off) hold to for the past three days without any job - please help
If you're genuinely struggling to get through to faults, then forum staff do work their way through posts on here - but it can take a few days.
I'd suggest you keep persisting with the call queues in the meantime, perhaps try early in the morning and/or different times.
