Only getting Channel 4 TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE


i am paying 33 pounds a month for my virgin package and i’ve had it for about 3 weeks.  I still have only got channel 4 I have phoned up multiple times but never get through to anyone and instead am told to go to the website but there is no way that I can see for me to activate my tv box, it simply says to phone in which clearly doesn’t work!  Absolutely robbed by Virgin charged 33 quid a month for less channels than Freeview.  Please fix this for me ASAP, terrible experience.

Hi grantsimpson123,

The usual Activation line is  0800 953 9500  -   If you are having issues and the activation line isn't picking up.

Then it looks like you need to speak to  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.

That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone

When calling it's best to call at 8am as that's when lines are least busy.

You will need your account number, area number and the box serial number.
