Online account

Every time we try going into our online account it says the our password or user name are wrong.

We try resetting and then we're told 

"Sorry we cannot confirm your username"

Despite it being the correct user name.

We're going around in circles to try getting into our account! It's very frustrating and telephone technical support is hopeless.

Any advice would be great please.

I'm so frustrated and have spent hours trying to sort this.
