Can anyone from VM help. Having ongoing issues with our Tv and broadband service. TV signal has been intermittent even after an engineer visit already back in May. Now we are getting error code W02 on the majority of channels. Engineer attended on Saturday, here for an hour and a half and unable to fix it. Has said that VM will be aware its not resolved, but no communication from anyone. Called up this evening, spending an hour on hold, only to be cut off. Now the call centre seems to be closed. No idea when I can expect it to be fixed, and unable to contact anyone at VM.
Paying a lot for a less than desirable service, with currently no TV. Please help.
