On demand not working

My on demand is not working does not come up with an error code just doesn’t play the program I have chosen to watch, although it plays the adverts in the build up to the start of the program! I have reset my box, checked all wires are secure and still had no luck, just like I have had no luck with actually speaking to a human at virgin 🤬 

anyone able to help me please? As there is so much more I want to be able to watch and can’t!!

I'm going to assume from your description, that you have a 4K UHD TV and live TV is fine, this only affects VOD.

Disregard your lack of an error message, and try the advice in https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/604
