CatchUp, for all intents, is just a marketing term.. the programmes still use OnDemand 🙂 But thanks for confirmimg.
It would also be useful to know if you ever get an error message - these can often help ID the reason for a fault. You've mentioned buffering, which could be indicative of poor internet speeds (OnDemand uses the internet)

Looks like the speed test is no longer an option in the menu.
I'm really disappointed... Don't want to go to Sky but don't want to put up with poor service either. This stuff should just work, shouldn't be hassle 😔
There's usually a logical reason for these things, it's just a question of hunting them out.
I'll check my V6 in the morning for the exact menu path - unless it's moved or changed in the past couple of days, it'll be in there somewhere.
I'd still expect an error code from your OnDemand if and when it drops. Buffering does sound very much like slow internet speeds - do you have any problems with any other devices connected to your home broadband?
