On demand & apps not working

No apps show up when you click ; 

 

home button > scroll down to >  apps & games > nothing shows up, its blank.

 

Same as when you do the same with the On demand, it shows up nothing 

 

All the cables are in properly their not loose ive tried everything possible, its driving me potty! I cant even use screen share on the tv as it wont work

Can we please confirm if you're still experiencing any issues? 

 

If so, is your Tivo box connected to the Hub through a wired connection? 

Have you tried rebooting the Tivo box and the Hub? Please check the wires are all secure and free of any visible damage when doing so.

Finally please try the below steps:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

Yep done all that the apps ect are still missing
