When watching Netflix through my TIVO box, it will stop part way through and say it’s a net work error, yet my WiFi is fine.
if I am watching tv on demand it also stops part way through, every time! Saying I need to check cables, I have ran connection tests and it is disconnected. I am getting very frustrated about this, I have switched my box off, disconnected and checked the connections, but the issue still persists.

This is normal Samsung tivo behaviour, you should try and get a v6 box posted to you
