Upgraded TV, new box installed in bedroom. All the added channels on it - Perfect
Existing box in lounge, still only has same original package channels.
How long does it take until the new channels appear on the original box? Thanks

If you follow Home > Help & Settings > TV Care, there is an option for "I'm missing some channels" which will send a refresh "hit" to your box and make sure your channel listings are correct.

Thank you so much. The install was faultless but when I asked the guy who came out about the additional channels he just said they’d “show up shortly”
