Not able to login nor have I received my SIM Card

I am unable to login to my virgin account and the system will not let me reset my password?

When I signed up to Virgin Media TV & Internet bundle I was promised a SIM card that didn't arrive?

Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to log into your online account bobluckhaus.

 

What happens, when you try to reset your password on our site? Have you previously registered your account with us?

 

When did you sign up and get installed with our services bobluckhaus?

Hi Steven,

I haven't registered with virgin yet but it's telling me I have?

When I try to reset the password it won't let me? It asks for a security question that I haven't set?
