Had issues with internet and tv this morning but now fixed by engineer, but now have no sound on tv. Have tried checking remotes, not on mute and turning on and off but no sound at all. Help!

Cheers for your post - I am sorry that you're having some sound issues on your Tv since having a technician visit last week.
How are things since your post - are you still having issues with the sound?
As our user @LittleMick73 has suggested, please do pop along to your audio settings and try a reboot of the Box and your TV to see if that helps.
We're you having the issue on all channels and also the Catch-Up/OnDemand services?
Do you have any other equipment linked to your TV such as games console that you could check the sound on or perhaps built in Freeview/Netflix via the TV itself? If so, are you getting sound?
