I have been complaining for weeks that I had no signal on any HD channels, after finally speaking to someone yesterday they said the problem would be fixed remotely. I have turned the tv on this morning and now I have no signal on any channel?? Completely lost as to how this has happened? Not happy! Any help much appreciated.
Signal faults can very rarely be solved remotely. They are most often caused by either box faults (needing replacing) or cabling faults (needing the failed components replaced). You can't replace equipment remotely 🙂
I would advise calling Virgin faults back, and advising them that their previous attempts to fix the fault have failed.
