Error message at 6am 7403 so paid bill at 7am it is now 4.30pm and still no service. I have been on hold for 2 hours 10 minutes, will defiantly not be renewing with virgin
I paid by debit card and they said at 10am the payment was showing an services would be bk on by 11am. But still nothing and on hold for 2 and half hours

no I fixed the problem myself by disconnecting to the network and reconnecting and then doing a refresh and reboot.
