Not sure why you're checking your aerial cable, Virgin is a cable-based system and doesn't use "over the air" transmission, but all the same... I presume you've checked your TV has the correct input selected too? 😉 (It has been known)
What lights do you have on, the front of your TiVo's?
As per micky's comments, check for area faults on 0800 5610061 and if nothing's reported, best to assume Virgin don't know about your fault.
150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
