No signal, channels or anything?

I tried my Tivo box today but no channels or menus appear at all. All it says is that no ethernet cable is connected and the DNS appears to be blank. 

It worked when the engineer first installed everything but after turning the box off, everything appears to not be working. I've done every solution online but it always says that no ethernet is present.

Are you using a TiVo or a V6? Check here if you're not sure.

TiVo uses one CoAx cable to carry the TV & internet connections, the V6 uses a separate connection to your homehub for internet.

Are you not able to view live TV either?
