No returns kit sent after 4 requests.

I cancelled my WiFi and TV subscription last month. I'd already moved house and needed the returns package to be sent to my new address. I received emails and texts saying the address it would be sent to was my old address so I replied saying that was the wrong address. Two weeks later I decided to re-request the new kit as I still hadn't received it. Now I have been sent a message saying that I will be charged if the kit is not received in the next 9 days. I phoned the Virgin Media call centre and was told that things were slow at the moment because of covid which is why I hadn't been sent the packaging but I would still be charged in 9 days time. So I'm now in the situation where I am being charged an extortionate amount of money that I can't really afford right now for not returning something that I physically don't have the packaging to return. Is there nothing at all I can do about this?

Sorry to hear this has happened 

Please don't worry about the charges I will make sure this does not happen 

Instead of sending out a returns package

I will be able to help get these returned an alternative way 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

As an escalation, I have asked for an email to be sent you with a returns label attached 

This will go to your Hotmail account 

Can you please let me know once you have received this please
