I cancelled my WiFi and TV subscription last month. I'd already moved house and needed the returns package to be sent to my new address. I received emails and texts saying the address it would be sent to was my old address so I replied saying that was the wrong address. Two weeks later I decided to re-request the new kit as I still hadn't received it. Now I have been sent a message saying that I will be charged if the kit is not received in the next 9 days. I phoned the Virgin Media call centre and was told that things were slow at the moment because of covid which is why I hadn't been sent the packaging but I would still be charged in 9 days time. So I'm now in the situation where I am being charged an extortionate amount of money that I can't really afford right now for not returning something that I physically don't have the packaging to return. Is there nothing at all I can do about this?
