No on demand service

Installed new hub 4 on Friday, I’ve got no problem with Wi-Fi etc. we watched an on demand film on Sunday night. Tried to watch one on Monday and couldn’t, just get error messages. V6 box is connected by Ethernet cable via a 5 port Ethernet switch. TV is also connected via switch an I have no problem with Netflix through the tv

any ideas please
