I upgraded my package to include Sky Sports on Monday 2 November. I still don't have the channels. Can anyone help please?

To answer your query in 3 parts..
1: How did you do the upgrade? If it was done by phone, it should usually be immediate, online ones can take a few more days as they're processed manually
2: Are you checking Sky Sports SD channels in the 511-520 positions? Unless you pay the £7 HD supplement, you won't get the HD channels in 501-510
3: You can try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels. This will refresh your channel list and make sure it's in line with your subscription.
