I have been receiving texts and emails from Virgin asking me to send my kit back. I renewed my package in September and it now turns out that the WiFi extender that I received has been deactivayed and needs to be returned... Hence I have no information on my box and the downstairs WiFi sognal is next to useless. I was assured that everything would remain the same so why have I suddenly got messages to return this particular piece of kit? I've tried phoning May times but it is difficult to stay on the phone for 2 hours waiting for somebody to answer. Can someone please help as this is now getting silly. I am paying over £100 a month for this service and I really think I have the right to get my money's worth.
