No contact

I have an old box which is now telling me to go online at virginmedia/v6freeswap but there’s no web page and I can’t get through on the phone, I’ve searched online for other ways to contact but there’s nothing. 
does anyone know how I can contact someone at virgin media

the link to swap the box expired on 30th June.

There have been onscreen messages about upgrading the box since December.

You can hang on here and hope Forum Staff can pick this up for you, or you can do one of the following

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

Personally, I would use the telephone option and ask about regrading your package as you can probably take advantage of some out of contract discounts.
