No channels

My one virgin box shows no channel guide at all. All blank. I have tried resetting and nothing. Also it turns off while watching sometime. Any help in what I can do. When I phone it just does a check and hangs up. Getting annoyed now

Which box do you have? If you're not sure, check here 

If the box is rebooting anything more than occasionally (and especially during the day), then something's awry and you're best calling into faults to report it.

Thank you. Tv v6. I have tried calling and all it does is give an option to run test then hangs up.

On your V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network.

In the top-right, your V6's internet connection (via your homehub) is shown. What does it say?

On the left, your V6's 6-hourly calls home are timestamped with either success or the reason for failure. What is shown?

Can you watch OnDemand programmes ok?
