No channels

We set up our new box on Saturday and it doesn't work. All we get are the standard channels, not HD, and we can't even watch them as there is an error msg 7400 going across the screen. When it 1st comes on we also get either error C130 or C133. We've followed all the reset advice, no joy. 45mins on the helpline, still no answer even though it said it would be 30mins. Luckily our broadband is working or we'd be screwed. No TV is not ideal at this moment in time. Please help 🤞
