No account number and no emails

I’ve been with Virgin for 6 months and have never had an email from them. I have no idea of my account number and I’m unable to create an account online as a result. At present I have no way of managing my account as call centres are closed. This is highly frustrating as the football has resumed! Without doubt the worst TV service I’ve ever had.. oh Sky how I miss you

HI Niall1, thanks for the message and we are sorry to hear that you are unable to view the bills or log into the online account, this is not the experience we want you to have with us. We will be able to email you a bill so that you can get the account number etc. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this?> Chris
