No access to subscription channels

I have just joined Virgin and I don't have access to any of the channels I have a subscription for. I did do the self set up and everything else is working fine, I just can't access sunscription channels

Sounds like the box activation hasn’t worked. Give Virgin a call & they should be able to sort this over the phone.
