Switched to Virgin and had all channels etc for 5 days, then when my old providers contract ended, my TV box stopped working. Have put TV aerial direct into TV and it works, so it is the box. I get a message no signal.
Have tried contacting virgin but call centre down. Tried a service status test 3 times but none were able to complete.
I haven't received a booklet or pin yet as the engineer said they are not issuing due to coronavirus.
The remote works as I am able to adjust the volume on my TV.
Have tried resetting, unplugging etc but nothing has worked.
