No TV guide error message m58 box not connected for 30 days

No TV guide error message m58 box not connected for 30 days , which is correct. Old TiVo box, doesn't match the help FAQ -- it isn't and never has been connected to the Router. the Router was also ancient and replaced about a month ago when it started to become intermittent. I haven't watched TV since.

 

Network connection says Last Status: Failed No Connection, and Unrecoverable error.

Cable Model connection details: No connection.

The TNC cable is properly connected to the TiVo. If I disconnect it I lose the displayed channel. Channel up/down works, but Guide does not.

is the tivo box still active on your account and still connected to the coax cable
