No TV for 22 days since getting a new box

I called VM because the recording wasn’t working on the box and they sent a new one  . When I plugged it in a msg said contact customer care. I have been for 22 days now and each time they say it will be turned on 24-48 hours but still no tv in lockdown misery for 22 days. Anyone else have this experience?

Have you checked the box serial number, that VM are trying to activate the correct box?
