No Sky sports despite paying for it

Having stopped my contract with Virgin then restarting it (at a better price) I now realize I am lacking all Sky Sports on both my boxes and yet I am paying for it. I called up and they are sending an engineer round as everything was fine from their end. Since I can't watch Sky on the app either is this something an engineer can really fix? Surely it's to do with an error on my account? Any thoughts anyone?

Are you sure you're not checking ther HD channels if you only have Sky sports SD

You are absolutely right - thanks. Though I assumed I was getting HD since I had it before and they were meant to be giving me back my services. I guess I'll call them up and go through the long wait to get through again...
