New equipment needed

I’ve had the same tv box and modem with my packages for many years. And they’re getting a bit flaky. I would like the new models now. How do I get them? What department do I speak to? Thanks.

Hi phone and select the changing and altering my package option it may involve a new agreement and contract, see what is said. Regards Micky

Steven. 
Hi. I received my Hub3 on Friday. And today I’ve received a pair of Boosters. 
However there’s no sign of the V6 box I’ve ordered. I was given an order number for this and a delivery date of today (6-10-20). It doesn’t show in my orders on the app and nothing else from Yodel. 
Is there anyway of checking that it’s coming?      John.

Hi. Everything arrived now. The only thing that seems to be missing is the new telephone cable to fit my home phone to the Hub3. Do I need a specific cable to do this?

Also no cable adapter in V6 box. I need it.

You would need an adapter if your handset cannot connect directly to the hub.

 

I have sent an mail to one of our managers in the area to get these items dropped off to you, so that you can get your services working asap.
