New customer no channels

We had virgin tv installed yesterday. The channels worked for between 5 seconds and 45 minutes and then all the channels displayed channel unavailable and error code V53. We have tried all the reboot wires etc but nothing stops this. Service status is ok. Can anyone help?

You can try calling the service status line which often lists more localised issues - 0800 5610061

Otherwise the TV error code help pretty much covers the basics - 

You may well end up calling TV Faults to resolve this.
