New contract

Just renegotiated my contract to Mixit Big bundle tv with broadband and phone.    Since the call I can only access 5 channels with no access to on demand or catch up.   I get error code 7400 constantly on screen and code M63 when trying to access my planned recordings.   Is this an outage as told by the vm call centre or has my account not been activated properly as it says on screen?  Thanks

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 this is an activation type error - if the online steps can't resolve this, you'll need to call the activations line with your box details handy - 0800 9539500.

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 gives the same advice to call VM C/S to resolve.
