New bill/discount

I called up today to downgrade my package as I don't use the big TV package anymore.  I was told if I did this it would result in me paying more as they couldn't reapply the discount I was on before I added on the large TV package .... instead i was told i could just have a new discount on what i already have . Meaning i would only pay 36 pounds a month . So I agreed and was told over the phone it has all been set up . I still haven't recieved a confirmation email and my bill/contract still hasn't updated online ..... please can someone get in touch to make sure it has gone through.

If it hasn't I'm not really impressed after spending half an hour on the phone and being told it was all sorted.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Media package, have you spoken to our team in regards to this matter?

 

I'm happy to look into this for you if you're still having issues. Just look out for the purple envelope in the top right hand corner
