Got the 'new TV experience' email, accepted and processed order but had nothing since.
Email says delivery was targeting Friday 2nd October.
Any idea how I can find out what's happening as when I call in no one can tell me anything? I've got an order number if that helps.

You will get an email from the team telling you when to expect it mine was delivered by Yodel...
best activate it in the morning when the tech staff havn't gone home.
i activated mine late afternoon it didn't work and no one was around to help.
How long did yours take from getting the original order email? I ordered a week ago and the email said expected delivery Friday just past.
It arrived 7 days after ordering, i was given a target date which came and went i actually stayed in !
