My epg guide on my Samsung tivo & v6 is showing the wrong information for Ben Fogle on channel 5 on Tuesday 9pm. It doesn't give the season or episode numbers or say new next to it 🙁.

Agreed. There's quite a few programs on Channel 5 at the moment, missing episode data or looking a little suspect.
Next Friday's train journeys at 9pm for example, shows as a repeat from Christmas Day 2019. I'm pretty sure that's wrong.
Give it a few days to iron out (Friday/Saturday are usually terrestrial update time), and then email specific outstanding examples to email@example.com

I did report this issue to virgin media tv tech team. They raised a ticket to get the issue fixed. I also made chan 5 customer services aware. They are sending updates to virgin media 😊.
